Employment and Training Pathways Program — PY 2026–27
EDD offers up to $17 million statewide for education and workforce-training projects connecting Californians facing employment barriers with quality jobs in high-demand industries. Eligible applicants include private nonprofits, community-based and faith-based organizations, workforce boards, education and training providers, community colleges, labor organizations, tribes, and public agencies. Projects serve English language learners, justice-involved people, people with disabilities, opportunity young adults, veterans, or people receiving public benefits facing new work requirements. Applicants must leverage funds or services equal to at least 20% of the requested grant amount; review the solicitation for capacity, partnership, and submission requirements. Funding is provided through reimbursement.
