Sacramento County Airports seeks an environmental consulting firm for CEQA, NEPA, permitting, regulatory compliance, sustainability, PFAS support, and related technical services. The agreement may total up to $3.5 million.
CNG fueling-station maintenance and repair
Sacramento County is seeking a contractor for maintenance and repair of compressed-natural-gas fueling equipment. Relevant specialties include commercial facilities and industrial machinery maintenance.

Experienced workforce organizations can propose regional training and career-advancement programs for farmworkers.
Delta Community, Environment and Climate Grants
Nonprofits, public agencies and tribes can propose Delta or Suisun Marsh community enhancement, ecosystem or climate projects. Invited applicants submit full proposals later.
Delta Small Grant Program
Delta community, environment and climate projects. Applicants first register in the RAPTR system; proposals are reviewed in order received.
California Nutrition Incentive Program
SNAP-authorized farmers markets, farm stands, CSAs and small retailers can distribute CalFresh produce incentives; nonprofits may apply on their behalf.
Youth Community Access Grant — Round 4
Nonprofits, public agencies, and California tribes can propose natural and cultural resource experiences for youth in low-income and disadvantaged communities. Submit a concept proposal through RAPTR.
Digital Divide Grant Program — Round 4
Experienced 501(c)(3) community organizations can fund broadband access, devices, affordability, and digital-skills projects. School projects require an eligible school or district partnership.
2027 Nonpoint Source Grant Program
Projects reduce polluted runoff through erosion control, agricultural improvements, and related work. Consult the Regional Water Board grant coordinator before applying; a 25% match is generally required, with waivers considered.
Glass Beverage Container Recycling Grant
Eligible certified recycling, collection, and community-service programs and local governments can fund glass-collection bins, collection, and transportation serving at least five restaurants or licensed establishments. A dollar-for-dollar match is required.
California Capital FDC Microloans
Startup and existing small businesses in Sacramento, San Joaquin, and other eligible Northern California counties can seek financing for working capital, inventory, equipment, and improvements. Startups need a business plan and projections; free counseling is available.
Opening Doors Microenterprise Loans
Sacramento-area immigrants and refugees can seek small-business loans, mentoring, financial education, and credit counseling through Opening Doors. Its program page provides the application and eligibility information.
IBank Jump Start Microloans
Small businesses and people starting businesses in eligible low-wealth communities can seek financing with financial-literacy and business assistance. Contact IBank’s Small Business Finance Center at SBFC-Programs@IBank.ca.gov for a participating lender and current availability.
Paid Family Leave Small Business Grant
California businesses with 1–100 employees may offset coverage and training costs when an employee uses Paid Family Leave on or after June 30, 2026.

Sacramento city small businesses must first receive at least five hours of Business Solutions Center consultation before applying for the microgrant.
California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program

Low-interest loans of $25,000–$1.5 million are available to qualifying nonprofit small or rural health facilities in California. A 5% match is required.
